Foundation Fitness Leadership


Founded in 2010, Foundation Fitness is a privately held company owned by Jim Liggett and his brother Scott Liggett.

The Foundation Fitness Management Team

Jim Liggett is a founder and CEO of Foundation Fitness.  Jim was previously the Vice-President  and General Manager of the Commercial Division at Nautilus.  While at Nautilus Jim gained tremendous insight into the needs of commercial accounts and his desire to satisfy the needs of commercial fitness equipment users is what sparked the idea for Foundation Fitness.  Before Nautilus, Jim held management and business development titles in a number of telecommunications companies including AT&T Wireless and XO Interactive.  He also gained consumer insight while a manager at Proctor and Gamble.  Jim is a graduate of the University of Kansas and also is the President of First Bank of Utica.  Jim is active as a past board member of the Fitness Industry Suppliers Association
 
Dr. Scott Liggett is a founder and Chief Wellness Officer for Foundation Fitness.  Scott is on the staff of the Mayo Clinic specializing in nephrology.  Throughout his medical career, Scott has been on leading edge of product innovation to advance effectiveness and efficiency in the cardio and nephrology areas.  Scott brings a medical and scientific perspective to Foundation Fitness.  His perspective helps drive our quest to truly create better lives for those who use our equipment.
 
Pat Warner is Foundation Fitness' Senior Vice President of Product Development.  Throughout his 17 years in the fitness industry, he has worked on multiple projects and launched countless products with Nautilus, Schwinn, Direct Focus, and StairMaster, including the original Spinner indoor cycling bikes.  Pat has enjoyed 25+ years as a competitive cyclist.

William Hergenhan
is CFO of Foundation Fitness.  William comes to Foundation Fitness with CFO experience with public company Metro One, as well as operational experience in the telecom industry.  William is a long distance runner and brings tenacity and discipline to the management team.


Douglas Crawford 
is Vice President of
 Product Development at Foundation Fitness.  Prior to joining Foundation Fitness, he was the Director of Innovation at Nautilus, Inc. and led multiple product development efforts.  He has extensive experience in the cycling industry with Schwinn Fitness as well as Specialized Bicycles.  Douglas is an avid competitive cyclist.

Eric Jaworsky
is Global Vice President of Sales for Foundation Fitness.  His background includes sales and leadership positions in the medical and fitness industries.  Most recently he worked with the StairMaster and Schwinn® Fitness brands as National Director of Sales.  Eric played Quarterback at the University of New Mexico, and is a self-professed "sports nut".  

Scott O’Neil
heads the Foundation Fitness service organization.  He has more than 15 years of experience in fitness equipment service and repair, delivery and distribution, and personnel services.   Prior to joining Foundation Fitness he served as Chief of Services and Personnel Superintendent for the Oregon Air National Guard, and later he founded Professional Fitness Repair, and most recently managed an 80-person team of regional delivery services professionals.

 Laurel Mylin leads the marketing team at Foundation Fitness.  Her degree is in Exercise & Movement Science from the University of Oregon, and one of her passions is biomechanics.  She has held management positions at four global companies featuring both retail and commercial products, most recently working with the Schwinn® Fitness, StairMaster®, and Nautilus® brands.
